The Junior Leadership Conference is an invigorating 4-H event thoughtfully designed by teenagers, for teenagers. Geared towards fostering leadership qualities among participants, this conference serves as a platform for young minds to discover their potential as leaders within their communities. Through engaging and enjoyable activities, attendees will acquire essential skills, enabling them to address and resolve pertinent issues through community service. Collaborative discussions with fellow 4-H members will further enrich their understanding, encouraging innovative ideas and thoughtful solutions. The conference promises to be a transformative experience, instilling in the participants the confidence and tools necessary to make a positive impact on the world around them.
