Welcome to the exciting 4-H Summer Camp, an unforgettable experience tailored for 4th to 6th graders seeking adventure and personal growth. Nestled in Louisiana's historic Camp Grant Walker, this overnight camp is an exceptional opportunity for young members to develop vital skills in independence and self-reliance. Through a range of thrilling outdoor activities, including kayaking, archery and various outdoor skills lessons, campers will discover the joy of nature and learn valuable life lessons. But the magic doesn't stop there; this camp also fosters a strong sense of camaraderie as kids forge lasting friendships with peers from diverse backgrounds, enriching their social horizons along the way. Dates: June 9th - 12th 2025
Location: Camp Grant Walker, 3000 Hwy. 8 Pollock, LA 71467
Grades/Age: 4th, 5th, or 6th grade.
Cost: $260 (Scholarships are available.)
Deadlines: Bed Deposits ($50) are due on April 15th. Final payment due June 6th.

All members must be registered on 4-H Online to participate in camp. 4-H Online is a new registration system. It may take users more than one day to register. Please visit our 4-H Forms page to register on 4-H Online.
The 4-H Agents of Jefferson Parish will host a meeting with the parents/guardians of camp goers to discuss what to expect at camp. More information will be provided once prices and dates have been determined.
Youth will be driven to 4-H camp either by taking a charter bus. Parents/Guardians also have the option of picking up and dropping off their child. More information will be provided once prices and dates for camp have been determined.
