- 4-H Challenge Camp
Challenge Camp hosted by Louisiana 4-H is an exciting overnight event designed to bring together 7th and 8th-grade 4-H members. With a focus on teamwork and camaraderie, participants will engage in a series of fun and engaging activities that will not only foster their personal growth but also strengthen their bonds with fellow youths. During Challenge Camp, participants will also have the chance to enjoy a variety of activities, including exhilarating kayaking, learning to make delicious snacks over the campfire, and capping off the experience with a memorable and energetic dance for all to enjoy. Additionally, this unique gathering provides the chance to meet and connect with other youth from across southeast Louisiana, creating lasting friendships and memories to cherish for a lifetime.
4-H members who are in grades 7th - 8th.
The camp will be held at Lion King Retreat Center at 3060 Shiloh Baptist Church Rd, Amite, LA 70422.
Challenge Camp will be from November 1st - 2nd 2023
