MLK Geaux Green Service Project

During the week of January 18-22, 2021, we will be celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr.’s National Day of Service. This year we encourage our 4-H’ers to Geaux Green during Quarantine! Consider helping your community and environment during this week by participating in at least 1 service project. Some ideas include planting your own garden or tree, making something useful out of recycled material, using reusable bags, shopping at the local Farmer’s Market to support local farmers, reusing scrap paper, collecting rainwater to use to water your plants, or maybe one of your own ideas! Take a photo or video of you participating in the service project and complete the 4-H MLK Geaux Green Service Project Form for a chance to win a door prize.
