Louisiana 4-H is now participating in an online enrollment system called 4-H Online! We are excited about this change and are here to help you get through the transition to our new enrollment process. Please follow the steps below in order to Create a new family account (if you have never signed up before) or log in to your existing account and re-enroll members and volunteers.
4-H Online is mobile friendly! Just hold your phone sideways (landscape mode) when using it. If you need access to a computer, please call or visit our office and we can help you through the enrollment process.
Your account is now created! From here, you can add youth as members or adults as volunteers. Click on Add Member to get started.
Visit https://v2.4honline.com/ and log in using the family email address for your account. If you are unsure of the email or password you used, please email our office to find out how to reset your password.
Click on the families “Member List” and you will see the option to Enroll Now beside their membership information.
When you click Enroll Now to re-enroll a member, you will first need to confirm their new grade.
Next, you will need to confirm their enrollment.
Next, confirm their clubs and projects for the new year. If they want to add clubs are projects they can click “Select Units” to add clubs or “Select Projects” to add projects. If they are moving into a new club, delete the old one by clicking the trash can to remove that club. If they do not need to make any changes, they can click “Next” to continue.
SCHOOL CLUB SHOULD BE LISTED AS THE PRIMARY CLUB
On the About Me section, confirm the previous year’s information is correct and scroll down until you reach the “School.” Select the member’s school from the list or enter it in the box provided if it is not listed. NOTE: This is not where members select their school clubs, they have already completed that step earlier in the enrollment process. If their school is not listed, simply select the option to enter the school in the box provided.
Complete the re-enrollment process by signing all consents, and clicking submit on the summary of enrollment screen.
You should receive an email to your families login email address that confirms your enrollment has been submitted. You will also be notified to contact your local 4-H office for a full list of club & project fees and payment options.
Please note that enrollment fees are paid to the members school, not the 4-H Office. Each school sets their enrollment fee, so check with the school or club leader and submit payment to the school.
