How to Enroll in 4-H Online for Cameron Parish

Louisiana 4-H is now participating in an online enrollment system called 4-H Online! We are excited about this change and are here to help you get through the transition to our new enrollment process. Please follow the steps below in order to Create a new family account (if you have never signed up before) or log in to your existing account and re-enroll members and volunteers.

4-H Online is mobile friendly! Just hold your phone sideways (landscape mode) when using it. If you need access to a computer, please call or visit our office and we can help you through the enrollment process.

Enrolling in 4-H Online

  • Create a New Family Account
    • To create a new family account, go to https://v2.4honline.com
    • If you’ve never had an account in 4-H Online, click “Don’t have an account”
    • Select Louisiana and Cameron from the drop-down menus.
    • Complete your family’s information, then click the Create Account button.
    • Enter your family’s address information, then click the Verify button. (NOTE: You may be required to select a specific USPS format.)

Your account is now created! From here, you can add youth as members or adults as volunteers. Click on Add Member to get started.

  • Enter the member’s information (items in red are required), then click Next.If the 4-Her does not have his/her own email address, leave the email line blank. All emails sent through broadcasts will then to go the family account. You cannot use the same email address for multiple members so just leave it blank!
  • Complete the “About You” form, then click Next
  • Select your method of participation, then click Finish.
  • Select the member’s current grade and click Next.
  • Select to Confirm that you would like to enroll as a Club Member.
  • Click the Select Clubs button. Select the Cameron as the County in which your club is located.
  • Click Add next to the club you would like to join. Repeat these steps to add all clubs in which you would like to participate.
  • If you are unsure of what school club you belong to, use the chart below. This should be your primary club, unless you are joining as a member at-large.

  • Once all clubs are added, click Next at the bottom of the screen.
  • Click Select Projects
  • Select the club with which you want your project to be associated.
  • Click Add button next to the project you want to add to the member’s enrollment.
  • Repeat these steps for each project in which you would like to participate. NOTE: Some projects may have consents that are required to participate. You will be prompted to enter the required signatures and accept the consents.
  • You do have to select a project to move on to the next page, if you are unsure of which project at this time, select General/Undecided in order to move on to the next page.
  • Click the Next button once all the member’s projects have been added.
  • Click “Show Questions”. Complete the enrollment questions. Some of the questions will be completed for you based on what you entered when you created your record.
  • Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen when you are finished.
  • You will be required to complete a Health Form and consents.
  • Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen when you are done.
  • Complete any Consents required.
  • Click the Next button at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
  • If no fees are due, click the Next button and skip the payment screens. If fees are due, follow the next steps.
  • Payments for enrollment will be made to each school. Check with school
  • Review the enrollment information. Once you have verified that the clubs and projects are listed correctly, click the Submit button.
  • Congratulations, your enrollment is complete!
  • You should receive an email to your families login email address that confirms your enrollment has been submitted. You will also be notified to contact your local 4-H office for a full list of club & project fees and payment options. Please note that enrollment fees are paid to the members school, not the 4-H Office. Each school sets their enrollment fee, so check with the school or club leader and submit payment to the school.

Re-enrolling in 4-H Online

Visit https://v2.4honline.com/ and log in using the family email address for your account. If you are unsure of the email or password you used, please email our office to find out how to reset your password.

Click on the families “Member List” and you will see the option to Enroll Now beside their membership information.

When you click Enroll Now to re-enroll a member, you will first need to confirm their new grade.

Next, you will need to confirm their enrollment.

Next, confirm their clubs and projects for the new year. If they want to add clubs are projects they can click “Select Units” to add clubs or “Select Projects” to add projects. If they are moving into a new club, delete the old one by clicking the trash can to remove that club. If they do not need to make any changes, they can click “Next” to continue.

SCHOOL CLUB SHOULD BE LISTED AS THE PRIMARY CLUB

On the About Me section, confirm the previous year’s information is correct and scroll down until you reach the “School.” Select the member’s school from the list or enter it in the box provided if it is not listed. NOTE: This is not where members select their school clubs, they have already completed that step earlier in the enrollment process. If their school is not listed, simply select the option to enter the school in the box provided.

Complete the re-enrollment process by signing all consents, and clicking submit on the summary of enrollment screen.

You should receive an email to your families login email address that confirms your enrollment has been submitted. You will also be notified to contact your local 4-H office for a full list of club & project fees and payment options.
