As an active member of the Natchitoches Parish 4-H Foundation Mr. Evans has been instrumental in securing almost $100,000 for use in the 4-H program through an auction, grants and other sponsorships used to offset expenses and provide scholarships to Natchitoches Parish youth. His financial expertise and connections within the community are invaluable to the success of the Natchitoches 4-H program. He has been recognized for his efforts in the community receiving the 2018 Louisiana Association of Conservation Districts Outstanding District Supervisor, 2017 Louisiana Association of Conservation Districts Guy Caire Award, 2016-2022 Natchitoches Parish 4-H Foundation Member of the Year and more. Sidney’s financial leadership has impacted the youth and citizens of Natchitoches Parish in areas of science, engineering, technology, leadership, citizenship, and healthy living.
