- Corrie Uze
Mrs. Corrie Uze started her 4-H involvement as a member over 40 years ago. During that time, she won the Homemaking division of the Parish Fair for many consecutive years and participated in the 4-H Short Course and won the Homemaking competition. After her time as a member in 4-H, she was eager to serve as a volunteer when her sons were of age to participate in 4-H. She serves as a Shooting Sports Coordinator and on the St. Mary Parish 4-H Foundation and St. Mary Parish 4-H Advisory Boards. Mrs. Uze’s eagerness to provide opportunities to youth is admirable; she not only finds ways to increase their awareness of activities and events, but also serves as an adult leader. She is an advocate for 4-H and brings joy to the program and is always encouraging youth to be involved. She has always made time for 4-H and has been adamant that the program keeps going and offers the best for youth in the parish. Thank you for your dedication, Mrs. Uze!
