(12/11/20) WINNSBORO, La. — The LSU AgCenter has named Matt Foster as the statewide specialist for cotton, corn and grain sorghum starting Jan. 19, 2021.
The LSU Agricultural Center, along with all other campuses of the LSU System, are monitoring the status of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We are providing information on this site to raise awareness, provide educational resources for our employees as well as the public, and to inform the AgCenter community on issues that may affect our operations.
(02/18/21) ST. JOSEPH, La. — The LSU AgCenter Northeast Research Station will host a soil health forum on March 17.
The forum is supported by the Patrick F. Taylor Foundation and National Resource Conservation Service. The Patrick F. Taylor Foundation awarded a grant to the LSU AgCenter to fund a four-year research project on reducing nutrient runoff from crop fields.
The LSU AgCenter and the LSU College of Agriculture
