The Clover Journal is the monthly newsletter for the 4-H program in West Baton Rouge Parish. It is handed out to West Baton Rouge 4-H'ers at their monthly club meetings by Elliott Scroggs, West Baton Rouge 4-H Agent. It includes information about upcoming events, activities and competitions taking place for West Baton Rouge 4-H youth. The Clover Journal is published monthly from September through May during the school year. Monthly issues are available through the links below.
