4-H Day with the Tigers

Football season is right around the corner, and we are ready to cheer on our Tigers as they play Mississippi State on Sept 17.

We are excited to announce that we will be collaborating with the College of Agriculture and FFA for a great tailgate event.

There will be a $5 admission fee to the Bash on the Bayou Tailgate that will go towards a scholarship fund that will benefit 4-H and FFA members. Bash on the Bayou Tailgate Registration

4-H and FFA will have booths available for families to participate inside Parker Coliseum throughout the day. The Louisiana 4-H Executive Board and FFA will have silent auction items available to be bid on. Families will have the opportunity to experience a Barn Dance that will highlight line dances that both 4-H and FFA members love. FFA will host an Ag Olympics relay event that parishes may sign up to compete in.

T-Shirt Orders

  • The Bash on the Bayou shirt logo is attached and will be $21.00 each. Guests can select 2 shipping options
    • Group Pass out – pickup my shirt at the event (must be ordered by midnight on September 1)
    • Other Options at Checkout – t-shirt is mailed to individual (guest will provide mailing address during checkout)
  • On September 2nd, the online order will switch to the mailing option only – guests will not have the t-shirt in time for the event, however, can still purchase one.
  • We’ll have the QR code to the link at check-in so guests can still purchase the shirt and have it mailed to them.
