This document contains rules and regulations for Demonstration Day and the Beef and Seafood Cookery Contest. Both contests are open to Vermilion 4-H members in grades 4-12. For 8th-12th graders, most of the categories at Demonstration Day are 4-H University qualifying events.

Division winners in the Beef and Seafood Cookery contest will continue on to compete at the District Cookery Contest in April 2013.

Demonstration day will be held at F.I.-E.B. Elementary School on Saturday, February 2, 2013. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the contest will begin at 9.
