2013 District Commodity Cookery

Union Parish was well represented at the 2013 District Commodity Cookery held at the Rayville Civic Center on February 18.  Parish winners presented their top winning dishes to compete with 11 other parishes in the Northeast Region.  

The prize winning recipes include: Barbeque Meatloaf, Milan’s Holiday Cheese Ball, Chicken Enchiladas, Presidential Sweet Potato Cake, Shrimp Broulettes, and Turtle Cheesecake.
