About Program

Participants learn healthful nutritional practices, how to incorporate physical activity into their daily lives, skills to better manage food resources, and food safety recommendations. This program provides you with the tools necessary to help meet your health goals.

Learn about:

  • Managing your food dollars
  • Being physically active your way
  • Keeping your food safe

Registration

The cost is free to attend for those who receive SNAP benefits, qualify for SNAP benefits, receive free or reduced lunch, or other government benefits.

Individual

We are now scheduling for a virtual program! After registering, you will be sent an email with information on how to join. If you are unsure, contact your extension office. To register:

Groups

Our trained area nutrition agents are available to come on-site or virtually to teach your clientele or employees. Please call your local LSU AgCenter Extension Office. One of our nutrition agents will contact you about scheduling a date and time.
