Jr. Leaders is open to all 7th-12th graders in 4-H and meet once a month at 5:30pm. This program allows teen to grow their leadership skills, participate in service projects, and meet fellow teens from all around the parish and state! Some activities our Jr. Leaders get the opportunity to participate in may include marsh grass plantings, AgMagic, socials, Achievement Day, and much more! Our Jr. Leader program is ran by our amazing group of Jr. Leader officers.
24-25 meeting dates are as follows:
Operation Cook is a fun, educational cooking program for students in 4th-6th grade. At the program club, students will get to learn more about healthy eating habits, kitchen management, knife skills, how to read a recipe and follow directions, and much more! We send out an email two weeks before to sign up to register and take first come first serve up to 16 participants. Operation Cook meetings take place at the St. Mary 4-H Office at 5:00pm on Tuesdays.

Arts & Crafts club is a program club offered that allows students (4th-12th grade) to learn about different forms of art and explore art techniques. Registration for our Arts & Crafts club will go out in September for the 24-25 year and members who register will be invited to participate in monthly Arts & Crafts club meetings. Meetings take place at the St. Mary 4-H Office at 5:00pm on Wednesdays. Registration closes on October 17, 2024.
