The Bayou Gazette is the monthly newsletter for the 7th - 12th graders in the St. Martin Parish 4-H program. It includes information about upcoming events, activities, and competitions as well as educational material related to the yearly educational focus.
The 7th-12th grade 4-H’ers in St. Martin Parish will get a crash course “Choose Health: Fodd, Fun, and Fitness.” They will learn life skills that will prepare them for the real world. Topics will include- drink low-fat milk and water instead of sweetened drinks, color your plate, read it before you eat it, make half your grains whole, healthier foods and power up your day.
