The 2011 4-H University was held at LSU Baton Rouge the week of June 21-24, 2011. Youth were able to interview for state boards, compete in contests to win trips and awards and participate in Clover College. Some of the contests were demonstrations, public speaking, personal development and livestock judging. 4-H'ers were also able to take part in educational activities planned during the week.
St. Landry Parish 4-H’ers that interviewed and were accepted onto Louisiana 4-H Boards are: Amy Stelly, Opelousas Catholic–Louisiana State 4-H Regional Representative (Central Region) and Alia Stelly, Opelousas Catholic–Louisiana State 4-H Food and Fitness Board Member.
