Parents, did you know that giving your child a nutritious breakfast in the morning makes a BIG difference in how they perform during the day in school?
Eating breakfast with your child allows your child to eat more nutritious food because they are eating what they see you eat. Let your child help prepare the breakfast by allowing them to get the cereal bowls, cereal, milk or spoon. This will allow your child to feel that they are fixing their own breakfast and special. If your child does not have time to eat at home, make sure that they eat breakfast at school.
