The Louisiana Calf to Carcass program provides an educational opportunity for beef cattle producers to use actual performance data toward enhancing profit margins from calves that are delivered to the feedlot and sold at weening. The Louisiana Calf to Carcass program is now accepting nominations for steers for the 2011-2012 feed-out year.
