- Area 4-Hers Win at NSUs Mike McConathys Shot Gun Tournament
Three Red River Parish 4-Her’s participated in the 2nd Annual Mike McConathy’s Purple Wave Shot Gun Tournament on October 13, 2012 at the Natchitoches Shooting Range, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Jared Gay, Lewis Lawson, and Michael Arnold shot 100 rounds of Sporting Clays. The 4-Her's placed 1st in the Youth Team division. As individuals Jared Gay placed 1st, Lewis Lawson placed 2nd, and Michael Arnold placed 3rd.
