Each year the Louisiana 4-H Foundation recognizes high school graduates who have excelled in 4-H project work, community service, leadership and academic work through the Louisiana 4-H state scholarship program.

To apply for a state 4-H scholarship, club members must complete an application form include a letter of recommendation and transcript of grades, and submit to the Rapides Parish 4-H office by Friday, February 27, 2015, at 4:30 p.m. Parishes require earlier deadlines than the State 4-H Office and all applicants must submit their forms through the Rapides 4-H Office as the 4-H agents must sign it.

Applications are reviewed by a committee representing each 4-H region in Louisiana to determine the winners.

Be sure to fill out all information completely and the application must be typed. Contact one of the agents if you have questions.
