Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is one of the Nutrition and Health Programs provided by the LSU AgCenter in Ouachita Parish. SNAP-Ed offers series of classes on nutrition, food safety, and physical activity for limited resource individuals and families. SNAP-Ed programs are available for both youth and adult audiences.
