The Ouachita 4-H Cookery Contest will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019 with registration beginning at 1:30 p.m. and judging beginning at 2:00 p.m.
“4-H Fashion Safari” is the theme for 2019 Fashion Camp. Camp dates are January 25-27, 2019 at Camp Grant Walker in Pollock.
Shooting Sports Camp is for shooters ages 12-18 participating in an advanced discipline.
The Ouachita 4-H Photography Club is open for all 4-H'ers in Ouachita Parish.

The 2018 State Livestock Show will take place Feb. 12-17, 2018, at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales, Louisiana.
The 2018 Co-Op Youth Leadership Conference will be held April 6-8, 2018 at Camp Grant Walker for 8th-12th graders only.
The 2018 Junior Leadership Conference will be held March 9-11, 2018 at Camp Grant Walker for 4-H members 14 years of age and older.

4-H Challenge Camp is one of the most valuable experiences a young person can have. 4-H Challenge Camp encourages youth to create team spirit, build self-reliance skills and enhance self-esteem while developing new friendships with peers and adults.
Shooting Sports is an active program available to Ouachita 4-H members. This club is for everyone: girls, boys, young, old, experienced, inexperienced, urban and rural. You don’t have to know how to shoot a firearm to join.
The Citizenship Board is excited to showcase a variety of opportunities that will connect our 4-H youth to Louisiana’s richest traditions and cultures through this unique camp experience. This event will be held December 7-9, 2012, at the Grant Walker 4-H Educational Center for 7th-9th grade 4-H members.
