About this Program

This 4-series program is a collaborative effort between the LSU AgCenter and St. Francis Vegetable Garden. Learn how to grow, cook and preserve fruits and vegetables with confidence from a team of gardening experts and registered dietitians. Families are welcomed to attend.

Participants will receive:

  • Hands on learning
  • Folder of resources
  • A Good2Greaux Kit, a garden kit with tools to help jumpstart your success!

Class Schedules:

  • Spring planting: March 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th from11:00AM-12:00PM

  • Fall planting: August 21st, 28th, September 4th and 11th from 9:00AM-10:00AM
