About Program

Children will learn healthful nutritional and safety messages that will help to build a healthy foundation! This program is ideal for classrooms and large youth groups. This 6-series program provides educational materials along with supplies to accompany each lesson for children in 3rd-5th grade.

  • Make Half your Plate Fruits and Vegetables
  • Switch to Skim or 1% Milk
  • Make at Least Half your Grains Whole
  • Vary your Protein Food Choices
  • Physical Activity
  • Handwashing and Food Safety
