About this Program

This 4-series program is a collaborative effort between the LSU AgCenter and St. Francis Vegetable Garden. Learn how to grow, cook and preserve fruits and vegetables with confidence from a team of gardening experts and registered dietitians.

  • Spring planting: March 13th, 20th, 27th, and April 3rd 11:00AM-12:00PM
  • Fall planting: August 21st, 28th, September 4th and 11th 9:00AM-10:00AM
