All 4-H’ers enrolled in the beef, dairy, sheep, goat, swine and poultry projects will receive this newsletter periodically. Monthly issues are available through the links below. These newsletters will include educational and informative material on such topics as nutrition, feeding, health, showmanship and reproduction in all species.
Be sure to adhere to all deadlines and regulations and follow all instructions in each issue. Also, 4-H livestock information is printed each month in the 4-H Hotline, which you receive at your school's 4-H Club meeting. By reading the Hotline and the Barnyard Scoop, you will be kept informed and up to date. It is your responsibility to become familiar with all rules that govern the livestock program and to keep yourself informed.
