4-H'ers from Grant Parish attended 4-H Day at the Capitol On Wednesday, May 29, 2013. The annual 4-H Day at the Capitol activities began with an assembly on the front steps of the Capitol building. The event gave 4-H'ers the opportunity to meet their state representative and gain knowledge of his function, how his decisions affect the state and the benefits of being in 4-H. State Representative Terry Brown hosted a tour of the capitol and treated Grant Parish 4-H'ers to ice cream as a special treat.
