4-Hers attend 2014 Shooting Sports Competition

National Shooting Sports Competition
Two Grant Parish 4-H’ers in the Shooting Sports program, Colton Chandler and Dylan Whitstine, participated in the 2014 National Shotgun Shooting Sport Competition in Nebraska.

The team representing Louisiana were:
Colton Chandler
Ian Duplantis
Dylan Whitstine
Austin Hebert

  • Sporting Clays Competition- First Place
  • Skeet Competition- Fourth Place
  • Trap Competition- Second Place
  • Overall- National 4-H Competition Champion (1st Place for 2014)

A huge thank you and note of appreciation to all of the Grant Parish 4-H Shooting Sports Coordinators and Volunteers who helped our kids reach such great success.
