Grant Parish is a rural parish located in central Louisiana. The parish consists of 417,920 acres, a third of which is national forest. Chief crops in the parish include cotton, soybeans and corn. Home to the Camp Grant Walker 4-H Educational Center, the parish is the site for 4-H summer camp and many other educational activities. The parish is known for two major recreational lakes and two rivers and is also home to two annual festivals.
