4-H Enrollment 2023-2024
Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year opens September 1, 2022 and we would love to have you as a member! Enrollment is now done online, all you have to do is go to the new 4-H Online website to sign up. For instructions please click the drop down menu on the right of your screen. You will have the option to send a check (made out to your child's school) or cash to school! Enrollment fee is $10.00 per member. For a copy of the enrollment form please call our office at 337-363-5646 or click Evangeline Parish 4-H Office button below to email us and we can send email you printable enrollment card.
Also, if you were previously a member at large you will now be a member of The Green Team and will follow the same enrollment as our home school 4-H members you will need to click the Evangeline Parish 4-H Office button above to receive a printable enrollment form. Once you complete your form you can mail in your form and payment to the 4-H Office or you can call and pay with a credit/debit card over the phone. Please keep in mind that when paying with a credit or debit card you will be charged a 4% transaction fee. Volunteer Forms
Both community volunteers and parent volunteers are valuable partners to our 4-H program and we would love to have you as part of our program. Volunteers have a vital role to play in 4-H clubs, after-school programs, community service, civic engagements and camping programs. By becoming a volunteer you will make positive contributions to the youth in your parish while watching them grow, adapt, and learn. You will develop lifelong friendships while enhancing your personal skills and may even have potential career options.
We are also in need of overnight chaperones for camps, conferences, and award trips. In order to become an overnight chaperone you will need to complete a background check and an online training. Please see the flyer menu on the right.
