Break up with Salt in February 2022

A four-part educational series on improving your management of High Blood Pressure and health will be held both virtually and in person during the month of February. This program will cover the basics of high blood pressure and managing it through nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve your health and reduce risk of further health complications of Hypertension.

Virtual classes will be held on February 8, 15, 22, & March 8 @ 11:00 AM. Please register for virtual classes via phone or email by January 31, 2022. The cost for the virtual program is free.

Each program will be conducted by Tramayne Richardson, Area Nutrition Agent with the LSU AgCenter. Participants will receive all information presented at each class.

Participation is open to the public. Please register via email or phone by January 31, 2022 to pre-register for classes. Hope to see you there!
