Notes on Training

  • Risk Management 1 & 2: Required for most leadership roles; valid for 4 years.
  • Shooting Sports Training: Must complete in-person Level 1 instructor training.
  • Defensive Driving: Required for volunteers driving youth; taken online via Louisiana DOA.
  • Screening is valid for 4 years and must be completed through 4-H Online.
