2012 Northeast Region 4-H Commodity Cookery Contest

Three Catahoula Parish 4-H’ers recently participated in the 4-H Area Commodity Cookery contest in Rayville. Leah Delhoste won a blue ribbon for her "Zesty Mustard Burgers" in the Ground Beef Cookery. Leighton Hodges entered his "Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti" in the Poultry Cookery Contest and won a blue ribbon. Richard Tiser entered "Red Velvet Cake Bites" in the Pecan category, winning a Blue ribbon. Richard also entered his "Easy Italian Cream Cake" in the Egg Cookery, winning 3rd place. Congratulations to the 2012 Area Commodity Cookery Contest winners!
