The Avoyelles Junior Leaders and Avoyelles Cattlemans  teamed up for the 2011 Blood Drive at the Avoyelles LSU AgCenter on Nov 11, 2011,  to help  donate  the gift of life.  This  was the 4-H 'ers annual blood  drive and 29 pints of  blood were donated. The Avoyelles Cattlemans Association donated hamburgers for all who donated blood and for all 4-H'ers  that were here that day. There were about 130 4-H members here attending other programs. Great job, everyone!
