Be sure to turn your record book in to your 4-H leader by the assigned date so it can be sent to the 4-H office for the April 8, 2011, deadline. Should you have any questions, talk to your 4-H club leader or call the 4-H office.
Fourth through sixth graders who complete three sections in a project book will receive a certificate.Seventh through twelfth graders who complete a project book will receive a certificate.
The garden contest will be held May 19, 2011. Call the 4-H office to receive a garden contest form. All entries must be received by May 5, 2011. If you should have any questions or need information, call the 4-H office at 985-369-6386.
The 10th Annual 4-H Day at the Capitol is June 1, 2011. 4-H Day at the Capitol provides an opportunity for 4-H members to learn about the legislative process beginning with an assembly at 10 a.m. 4-H exhibits and displays are setup in the rotunda adding to 4-H Day at the Capitol program. If you are interested in attending, you must register by calling the 4-H office at 985-369-6386 by April 25, 2011.
