This year’s Pelicans game against the Phoenix Suns is going to be exciting!!!!!

The Pelicans have brought back many of the fan experiences that 4-H Members have enjoyed participating in at the game!!!

• Pregame Tailgate Party - Arrive to the Smoothie King at 4:00pm-5:15PM There will be on-court and pre-game experiences for 4-H Members to participate in. Information will be sent out as soon as I have confirmation from the Pelicans about what they can offer fans.

What’s Included with each ticket purchase

• Pelican promotion item on the night of the game is a plush pelican hat. (The Famous Carnival Celebration Bird Hat 2.0) Based on availability.
• Pelicans Hoodie – Given out at the Pregame Tailgate Party 4:00pm-5:15pm and at the Group Sales Center outside of section 114 6:00PM until half time. Sizes based on availability.
• A portion of the ticket sale proceeds will benefit 4-H Foundation
• Parish that sells the most tickets each 4-H Member from that Parish will receive a New Orleans Pelicans Swag Item (given to parish Agent or designated adult at the game to give out to 4-H Members)

Fan Experience Opportunities

• Pregame Tailgate Party - Arrive to the Smoothie King at 4:00pm-5:15PM to participate in the pregame tailgate party located on the Smoothie King Center Concourse. Entrance is North 100 located on the concourse that connects the Ceasar’s Superdome and the Smoothie King Center.
• Court of Dreams – If your parish is interested in participating in the Court of Dreams please contact Lauren Faust for more information.

• Baseline Pelicans – Select members of 4-H will get an exclusive on-floor view of the Pelicans’ pregame shoot-around. (20 person max) Please email 5 names from your parish to Lauren Faust to be entered in a drawing by 4:30pm January 10, 2024.
• Pregame Fan Tunnel – Select members of 4-H will form a tunnel as the Pelicans team enters the court. You can high five the pros! (30 person max) Please email 5 names from your parish to Lauren Faust to be entered in a drawing by 4:30pm January 10, 2024.
• Anthem Buddies – Twelve kids from 4-H will stand tall in front of the Pelicans basketball team during the National Anthem Performance. Must be 12 years or younger. (12 person max) Please email 5 names from your parish to Lauren Faust to be entered in a drawing by 4:30pm January 10, 2024.

Spark Video Contest – Deadline to submit video is January 10, 2024!

Game Ball – One person from 4-H will be recognized on the court at the start of the game while presenting the game ball with players from both teams. This is during the tip-off of the game.

• 4-H Members interested in presenting the game ball need to submit a video that describes the SPARK that started their 4-H experience. The video will be a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 45 seconds.
• For the video, members must wear a 4-H shirt and use a solid color background.
• You must be enrolled as a 4-H member in 4-H Online.

• Please email Your Name, email and phone number to Lauren Faust at Lfaust@agcenter.lsu.edu once you have uploaded your video so she can contact you if you are selected to present the game ball.
