Community Clubs are our “after school” clubs that we offer in Acadia Parish 4-H such as Jr. Leadership Club, Art Club, Sewing Club, Shooting Sports Club, Horse Clinics and HYPE (Healthy Young People Empowerment) Club. In order to join any of these Community Clubs, you must first be enrolled as a 4-H member through 4H Online. Once your online 4-H enrollment has been approved by the 4-H Office, you will get an email with step-by-step instructions on how to register to join a Community Club through your 4H Online account. This club is open to all 4-H members regardless of experience. Youth will learn the basics of sewing utilizing sewing machines.
This club is open to all 7th -12th grade 4-H members and meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m.
Youth will be introduced to the elements and principles of art as well as related hobbies and careers through monthly hands-on activities.
