This report presents estimates of projected costs for rice production in Louisiana for the 2012 crop year. Cost estimates are included for typical rice production systems, including conventional tillage and stale seedbed, as well as production of conventional, Clearfield and hybrid rice varieties. Production cost estimates are also included for soybean, wheat and grain sorghum production in southwest Louisiana
