There are two options available for Private Pesticide Applicator Certification in Louisiana. Each option has different requirements. Option 1. Taking the General Standards Exam with LDAF uses the Core Manual and Option 2. Taking the PACT Program (Private Pesticide Applicator Certification Training) uses video training.

Option 1. Taking the General Standards Exam with LDAF

• This exam is based on the CORE Manual, 2nd edition, which can be purchased from the LSU AgCenter Online Store.

• Purchase the manual, study it, and take the exam with LDAF.

Option 2. Taking the PACT Program (Private Pesticide Applicator Certification Training)

• This training can be completed at one of our LSU AgCenter Kiosk computers located throughout the state.
