The fall 2015 issue of Louisiana Agriculture explores the world of microbes and the profound effect they have on our food supply and health. Some we can’t live without; others threaten our existence. AgCenter scientists study both the bad and beneficial microbes (bacteria, fungi, viruses) so we can learn to live in harmony with them. 36 pages
