(Video 10/29/14) With the holiday season just around the corner, Louisiana sweet potato producers are rushing to complete the harvest under favorable weather conditions. By the end of October, nearly 90 percent of the harvest is expected to be completed. While acreage is down, there are some encouraging signs for the industry.
