I was about to plant this new ShiShi camellia with some others that are already established when I noticed these hard brown bumps under many of the leaves. I don't want to infect the others with something bad and they don't have this. Know what it is?

This is a physiological problem called edema - it is not communicable. Edema occurs in camellias when cells in the leaves rupture and cause corky spots of lesions. No treatment is needed.
