The LSU AgCenter and Mendel University held a joint food symposium on February 28th - March 4th, 2022. The topics of discussion include new trends in food technology, food for the future and includes 3D printing of food, topics related to food science disciplines and economic and labor issues pertaining to the food industry, and a session fully dedicated to student projects and research.
