Engagement, Equity and Inclusion

Mission

Our mission is to continually foster an environment of engagement, inclusion, respect, and appreciation of differences in individuals. Our efforts will support this mission through action, outreach, and accountability. Our efforts will be guided by the fundamental belief that all people should have an opportunity to be successful within the College and AgCenter.

Vision

We will serve as a symbol of excellence through efforts in education, research, service, scholarship, and leadership in the field of agriculture. It is through these efforts that we strive to communicate the importance of community engagement within our work, education, and social environments.
