Victoria Herline “Chemical Preservatives vs. Natural Preservatives," 3rd place senior division.

Winners in the Senior Division are: Meredith Killeen (first place), Caroline Babin (second place), Victoria Herline (third place), Natalie Bush (honorable mention) and Madison Hasenkampf (honorable mention).

Caroline Babin, “The Effects of the Housing of a Chicken on its Egg’s Nutritional Composition," 2nd Place senior division.

Madison Hasenkampf “Phytoremediation of Heavy Metals from Contaminated Soil Using Hyperaccumulators” honorable mention senior division

Natalie Bush “Amelioration of Hypoxic Coastal Shorelines Using the Physiological Adaptations of Spartina Grasses, Elucidated by Pick’s Theorem," honorable mention senior division.

BATON ROUGE – LSU hosted the 2014 Region VII Science and Engineering Fair March 24-26 in the LSU Student Union’s Royal Cotillion Ballroom. The fair consisted of regional winners from across the state who presented their projects to judges. Top winners will represent Louisiana in the International Science & Engineering Fair in Los Angeles in May. Gamma Sigma Delta presented First, Second and Third Place awards for projects relating to agriculture. Gamma Sigma Delta award winners are:
