Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award Guidelines

The Chi Epsilon Sigma – Epsilon Chapter Above and Beyond the Call of Duty
may be awarded to any paid member who meets the following guidelines:

Nominee must have had one or more years of service with the LSU AgCenter.

  1. Nominee can be nominated by one or more of their co-workers (nominator does not need to be a paid current member of Chi Epsilon Sigma – Epsilon Chapter)
  2. Response limited to the space provided. Letters of recommendation and supplemental material will not be considered.
  3. Show how nominee has gone above and beyond their formal, identified job duties to exceed the needs of LSU AgCenter clientele or Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.
  4. Show how the nominee reflects excellence in service with compassion, vision and integrity.
  5. Show how the nominee recognizes and acknowledges that attitudes and actions are important and affect the clientele of the LSU AgCenter as well as co-workers.
  6. Former recipients may only be nominated after 5 years have elapsed since their award.
