The MDI is an application-based program. Applications will open on November 17th for the 2026 Class. The application can be found below. In addition to the application, each individual must have their supervisor complete the Supervisor Recommendation form below. Once accepted into the program, the candidates will receive a congratulatory email.
Applications will close on Friday, January 2, 2026.
The 2026 Application will require the following information:
Your resume or CV
A brief statement of your interest and goals
Information about professional and non-professional organizational membership and awards
For the candidate’s application to be complete, the following form must be received by January 7th.
