The MDI series was designed for those who aspire to leadership roles in our organization as well as current leaders who may be interested in sharpening their management skills. The MDI program is a yearlong series of 9 workshops culminating in an MDI Certification upon completion. The program content focuses on three areas: managing self, managing others, and managing the organization.
