Performance evaluations are a critical tool for maintaining high standards, fostering professional growth, and ensuring that the AgCenter achieves our organizational goals.
Unclassified employees should be evaluated by their supervisor no later than September 1 at least once per calendar year. The employee completes questions 1 and 2 then sends the form to their supervisor via email. The supervisor completes the remaining sections, discusses the form and rating with the employee, and both sign it. Completed copies should be uploaded as a document to the employee's Workday profile under the document category "Performance".
