The LSU AgCenter HRM Team will hold a monthly benefits orientation on the first Wednesday of the month at 10:00 a.m. via Teams.

To introduce new LSU AgCenter employees to the policies and procedures and set them up for success from their first day, all newly hired staff will attend a virtual orientation. The Office of Human Resource Management is excited to offer an Online New Employee Orientation for newly hired faculty and staff. Through online modules, you will be introduced to many of the resources needed as a new employee here at the LSU AgCenter.

At the conclusion of the Online New Employee Orientation, you will have reviewed the following support units of the LSU AgCenter.
In-person orientation will focus on the LSU AgCenter Vision, Mission, and Goals of Achieving Organizational Excellence in all things Research, Extension, and Teaching. Within this program, new hires will learn about the history and culture of the LSU AgCenter, ways to get involved in our organization, and the ins-and-outs of what it means to work within research, teaching, and extension. AGxCEL helps new hires understand the mission and vision, hear from our leadership team, and have networking opportunities.
